Who are we?

We are a team of female Level 3 Personal Trainers with experience in the health afitness industry, with a particular expertise in exercise and nutrition for fat loss. We have passion for health and fitness, sharing our knowledge and experience with women who really want to achieve their goals.

OUR 28 DAY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME WILL:
Give you an understanding of how to optimise your nutrition for the best results

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the programme last?
The programme will last for 28 days. A great amount of time to make positive changes and achieve fantastic results.
Do I have to always come to the same sessions?
No! We have 39 sessions each week so you can come at a time that best suits you whatever your schedule.
I'm new to exercise, will this programme be suitable for me?
There are a variety of workouts which are suitable from beginner level upwards. All workouts are suitable for everyone.
How many training sessions are included?
12 in total over the 28 days:

Three 45 minute small group training sessions each week led by our qualified personal trainers.
